Nous vivons une époque pour le moins extraordinaire.

Il ne s’agit plus d’un simple cycle, mais bien d’une mutation réelle, d’une transition, d’une transformation en profondeur.

Le monde entier s’enflamme et part à la dérive, secoué

de toutes parts, au plus profond de son être, de son âme.

En fait, c’est la Terre tout entière qui est au bord

de l’implosion et de la disparition.

Mais qu’en est-il des peuples qui occupent cette Terre?

Que pensent-ils de tout cela?

A l’évidence, ils connaissent aujourd’hui la crise intérieure la plus  dramatique

de toute leur existence:

la crise de l’esprit et de l’âme!

Tout le monde languit après une existence

pleine de sens, empreinte de chaleur et de dignité

Et pourtant, les règles du jeu semblent immuables.

Elles ont pour noms Productivité, Argent, Performance et Profit.

Quatre maux alimentés par quatre plaies:

Crainte, Frustration, Echec et Mensonge.

Où sont donc nos vraies valeurs,

Famille, Amitié, Abondance et Joie?

Démocratie, changement, durabilité, excellence, spiritualité,

citoyenneté, communication, et même amour… autant de mots

qui ont perdu leur sens et leur essence.

Crainte, égoïsme, appât du gain,

exclusion et hypocrisie règnent en maîtres sur le monde.

Humanité a elle-même orchestré sa propre extinction,

au nom du profit et du libre échange.

Les valeurs sociales ont été ramenées au rang

de pur matérialisme et de consumérisme effréné.

Le pouvoir monétaire règne sans partage

sur des sociétés qui se prétendent encore libres.

La question qui se pose maintenant est celle-ci: où va-t-on?

Et où va l’Europe? Où va le monde?

Où va notre belle planète bleue?

Le monde a désespérément besoin

d’un rêve nouveau, d’un avenir nouveau,

d’un projet mondial nouveau.

Il faut que la déshumanisation de la société cesse!

Et qu’elle fasse place à un renouveau spirituel mondial!

BIO

András László (1954) is a philologist, philosopher, translator/interpreter, journalist, musician (violinist), manager/consultant, concert organizer, and international conferences moderator.

In 1976, he got his MA at the Catholic University of Louvain on a fairy tale/opera of Hugo von Hofmannsthal/Richard Strauss Die Frau ohne Schatten – Die Zeitproblematik unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der Figuren Kaiserin und Kaiser.  After his postgraduate studies (philosophy, psychology and sociology) in Germany (Münster,Bonn,  Marbach amNeckar), Yugoslavia (Dubrovnik) and France (Paris) over a period of 6 years, he started his active work as a free-lance journalist and a translator/interpreter.

As a translator/interpreter (Dutch, French, Hungarian, English and German), he worked for the American Embassy, Interbrew, Motorola, Texaco, Bandag, and many other multinationals.

As a professional (simultaneous and consecutive) conference interpreter (NL/HU/EN/FR/DE), he has been working since 1999 for more than 30 multinationals throughout Europe.

As a consultant to Belgian companies wanting to integrate the Hungarian market, he worked for Interbrew, Marlux, ABB Insurance Company, Berlitz, UCB, Lafarge Coppée…

In 1993-1994, he was a Sales Representative for the Belgian N° 1 Tile Company Marlux in Hungary.

From 1993 to 1997, he acted as Deputy to the President of the Club of Budapest and gained expertise in the organization of international conferences, colloquia and concerts (Budapest, Brussels, Paris, Strasbourg, Frankfurt).

From 1997 to 1998, he was appointed Vice-President and Managing Director of the Club of Budapest Foundation.

He was honored and fortunate to work with so many outstanding visionary icons: Ervin Laszlo (President of CoB), H.H; The XIVth Dalai Lama, Maurice Béjart, Sir Arthur C. Clarke, Riane Eisler, Rivka Golani, Jane Goodall, H.E. Vaclav Havel, Hazel Henderson, H. E. Pir Vilayat Inayat Khan, Miklós Jancsó, Gidon Kremer, Ken-Ichiro Kobayashi, Zubin Mehta, Lord Yehudi Menuhin, Robert Muller, Edgar Morin, H.E. From 1999 to 2001, he studied management at the International School of Management ENPC in Paris where he prepared an MBA thesis on Spirituality and Business – a New Paradigm for Management in the 3rd Millennium.

He worked as a free-lance journalist for the economic weekly Trends and Trends tendances where he covered management issues.
